Savage

Here is a mani for less

Sinful Colors - Savage (2 coats) $1.99


A beautiful bright blue that dries matte because it's neon. The formula was great.

Here it is with a NYC - Quick Dry Top Coat

    Oh my goodness! I HAVE this one and I've never worn it. Didn't know it was matte. Didn't know it was neon!! How deliciously unexpected. :D

    I love matte so I loved this one even without the top coat!
    As for the price... All I have to do is look at it and whine in my corner :-(
    For this amount I will never get ANY sort of polish here. Not even the lowest quality...

    Sinful Colors really have my heart lately. I mean for the price, they make so many gorgeous polishes and finishes.

    Imagine a Matte polish at 1.99. So amazing.

    I love it matter and with the glossy topcoat.
