Mermaid Scales

Mermaids might be my favorite fairy tale creature! They're so alluring. I also love Sirens, which are very similar. 


I used over 15 polishes for this, which is why it looks a little crazy! This is also why I'm not going to list all of the names. My tool was the end of a bobby pin.

I think it would be fun to do a whole series of nails based on fairy tale creatures or mythology. Maybe Medusa should be next?

Autumn Wind

This is my entry to Chalkboard Nails' nail contest! This nail contest involves using only a dotting tool for nail art. My hi-tec dotting tool was the end of a bobby pin!


I used a lot of colors and I don't want to type them out. So here are my nails:

Is It Summer Yet?

I wanted something bright and happy this time. 


The pink and orange nail polishes were at least 8 years old and didn't even have names. The application was so horrible that I threw them out after I did my nails.


Yellow: NYC - Taxi Yellow Creme

Then I decided to make it punk by putting black crackle over it.

Wow Watermark

Yay! My first watermarked pictures! Maybe it's too small? Anyways, I love the base color. It has a red sheen which made me want to do red nail art!
